How much is Postage & Packaging

Our standard UK delivery charge varies per item. It is calculated on the weight and protective packing required for each individual piece. Delivery charges are displayed on the site are discounted.

Paintings are shipped unframed, rolled or flat packed, depending on the material, unless otherwise stated. Sculptures are generally boxed with protective packaging for safe transit.

For locations in Europe, Reflections ART will add on £10 to the shipping charges quoted to cover postage costs. For locations outside Europe, additional payment will be requested to cover shipping charges. If you have queries regarding this, please contact us for delivery charges applicable.

We aim to ship most orders within 7 working days. Delivery time can vary on courier service used, and will be specified on the order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 -3 weeks for your UK mainland delivery. For any other location, Please allow 3 -5 weeks.

How do I pay
You can pay for your goods with any of the following major credit /debit cards through PAYPAL. Payments are taken at the time of order.

We do not store any payment details for your goods. Your payment is processed through PAYPAL.

What if I receive an Incorrect or Faulty item
Please contact us at sales@reflections-art.com or by telephone on +44 (0) 20 8413 7913, stating your order reference number and details of damage or fault. We will then advice you on how to proceed with the return / exchange.

Refunds / Returns

All products bought online are nonreturnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during delivery. If we accept your refund, it will be credited to the original purchase’s credit card within 3-5 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs. An email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
Can I make a telephone order
We do not currently take phone orders. If you have any questions or are experiencing problems online, please contact us. You can also email us a request to call you back. We will be in touch very soon to resolve any queries.
How can I find a particular product
You can use the ‘search’ button if you know the product name, category, style or price range. You can also use the menus to help navigate through the website.
